退换货政策
1、因钢材为大宗商品；如因需方原因造成，需退货，则由需方承担物流费，出入库等费用；
2、钢材如已加工、切割及损坏则不予退换货；
3、如因供方原因造成退货，则供方负责退换，并承担费用；
